Recruitment (Teachers and Therapists)

Dubai Center for Special Needs is a charitable, non-profit organization that provides special education, therapy and vocational training for people with special needs in the United Arab Emirates.

The center is a first-class facility that offers services to more 130 students currently. The students are divided, according to age and abilities, into classes of 8 to 10 students per class with two teachers (Class Teacher and Assistant Teacher) in each class. Each student has an Individualized Education Program that is tailor-made to suit the needs of each person. Intervention is offered via a holistic approach of our Multi-Disciplinary Team.
The Director is responsible for managing the Center on a daily basis. The staff comprises of qualified and experienced Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Speech Therapists and Special Education Teachers who have extensive pediatric experience.

It is our policy to recruit highly-qualified staff to work directly with the students and to ensure that all other staff members receive training and support. Staff are chosen according to their academic qualifications and experience, although a positive attitude and willingness to work closely with parents are also essential
