ORGANIZATION

Under the guidance of the board of Governors , the Center is managed on a day-to-day basis by the Center’s Director for the past 17 years, Dr. Mahshid Salehi, a qualified Child Psychologist and a Family Counselor, who personally tends to the administration of the Center and the running of both the therapy departments and the educational programs.

The Director is responsible for setting the curriculum and programs in line with the latest internationally approved special education standards and guidelines.

• The Center’s aim is not only to provide the best possible education to individuals with special needs, but also to prove that it can and should be done.

• The survival of the Center and the welfare of the students depend on the staff being highly qualified and dedicated to doing a good job.

• It is important that all staff and parents actively encourage a positive approach to the education of people with special needs.

• Individual programs, planned by the Multi-Disciplinary Team, seek to fulfill the objectives set for each student and are reviewed regularly.

• The extent to which the therapy staff is involved depends on the student’s own individual needs.
